1.Resident Engineer for CARBON STEEL DN100 and DN150 HFW PIPES API 5L X65M PSL2 Beveled end with external FBE Coating as per SPECIFICATION1515-120-S024-0 issued by Santos.
2.Checked raw material certificate and reviewed MPS and ITP include bare pipes and coating according to technical requirement .
3.Witnessed the intermediate frequency heat treatment temperature and required temperature range 800~900 degree.
4.Quality Control Point inspection, welding positions inspection , water pressure / Hydrostatic test, the appearance and dimensional inspection and UT test ,Marking .
5.Witnessed the flattening test and also pay special attention for pipe size DN100.
6.Witnessed mechanical properties and chemical analysis .
7.The outer surface of the Dual FBE External Coating inspections following the
8.approved documentations.
9.Reviewed the MTC and Packing list include bare pipe and coating ,and also reviewed the dispatch list according to client requirement.

供应商生产问题的跟踪,每日供应商的发货。
帮助供应商建立X光的检验作业指导书。
新模具开发的PPAP认可,包括FMEA,MSA,全尺寸报告,CPK等的审核。
我的职责
在南通供应商进行尼桑转向器的质量改善与新模具的开发。
在新模具开发中,主要注重于减少铝压铸件在几个主要的密封面处出现大量气孔的问题与供应商有效的沟通采取的措施,以及完成的时间。
产品的合格率从25%提高到了76%。
供应商的供货能力持续提高,供货量从240件每天,提高到500件每天。
